The term hostel means, any dwelling house rented or arranged by the management for the use of bonafide students in the institute, for lodging purpose in or around the college. The mess facilities are available in the main hostels, running contractual /co-operative basis. Separate hostels are provided for girls, boys and foreign students. |

The Hosteliers are required to maintain strict discipline, timely arrival and departures, proper and permitted use of water, electricity, appliances etc. Electricity charges may be levied in addition to rent charges if the monthly electric-charge exceed more than Rs.20/- per head. They are required to obey the warden and the authorized representative of Principal/Director.

Three or more students have to share a room and the students should posses electric bulb, other necessary equipments, tools, instruments/sleeping materials etc., for his stay, including bucket, cup, plate, glass, towel, mattress, pillow, bed sheet etc. |
|
Keeping guests, taking alcoholic drinks, gambling, smoking, wasting water and electricity, damaging institute's property, engaging in anti-institute propagands, participating in politics, involving in ragging, using vulgar words to others etc. are punishable.

No hostel fees will be refunded whether one stays or not, or vacate the hostel in the middle of the session whatsoever be the reasons. Candidates should give three months prior notice for vacating the hostel. They should also deposit annual rent, 3 months before the expiry of the first year for the subsequent year, otherwise the management will not be responsible for the consequence. |

Mess arrangements are available for vegetarian/non vegetarian Indian/ continental dishes. Mess charge will also be varied accordingly. Mess charges are to be paid every month in advance or annualy as instructing by the management from time to time. |

HOW TO APPLY FOR HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION
|

For hostel accommodation, a separate application on white paper should be made and forward it along with the application for admission. Annual hostel rent charges are to be paid lumpsum, in advance.
|
|
Hostellers have to deposit the annual hostel rent for subsequent years by 30th of May every year, failing which the hostel seat and related facilities cannot be claimed. They should also give in writting to the Principal by 10th May, regarding their intention to stay for the subsequent year.

|
The inmates are responsible for damaging any of the items allotted to him singly or generally and single/collective fines will be levied accordingly. |
|
Inmates of the hostel should observe the mess timings and etiquette and have their tea, break fast and meals without making any disturbance to others. |
|
Warden of the hostel is empowered to check any room including the articles kept in the room at any time without notice.
|
|
Hosteliers will not be allowed to stay away from the hostel after 7 p.m. without prior permission from the warden /Principal. The inmates may utilize the services of Hon. Medical Advisor in case of bad health.

Candidates should behave themselves, while they are travelling in the college bus. Hosteliers should pay Rs.2000/- per annum in case they travel to and for by college bus/van. |
|
Study time table issued by the principal, shall be followed in the hostel. |
|
A general menu for the mess is approved for a fixed rate. Anything given extra as per the request of the candidate, will be charged extra by the contractor. Monthly mess charges are to be paid directly to the contractor, on or before 10th of every month.

The Annual Hostel Rent will be @Rs.12000/- and Monthly mess charges will be @Rs.1000/-
|
|
The management reserves to itself the right to make additions or alterations to the existing rules; If matters not covered in these rules and regulations, the decision of the Director shall be final and binding of the students and guardian. |
